A boat dock slip is included with the property, granting access to both Sebago Lake and Long Lake. The 35-foot dock slip is ready for your use, allowing for easy navigation through the Songo Locks to Sebago Lake or a leisurely ride up Long Lake for ice cream in Harrison.

Step outside onto the deck extending from the living and dining areas, where you can enjoy picturesque views of two nearby marinas and Brandy Pond.
